The guarantee
includes a two-year collect & repair service from the date of purchase. Your
monitor will be collected and repaired within 72 hours (excluding weekend).
If you have technical problems with the monitor, please call one of the
below telephone numbers. Please keep the model type and the serial number
ready (both numbers are located on the back of the monitor).
About the Warranty
The Warranty
will be subject to the following conditions: -

The
liability of products is limited to the cost of the repair and or
replacement of the unit under the warranty. We do not accept any
liability for loss of income, orders, time due to display failure or
consequential loss. We will not be liable for failures or delays
attributable to causes beyond its control.

If you
experience any problems with the display, please contact your reseller /
distributor.

For details
of your nearest Service Centre contact your reseller / distributor.

The
distributor or dealer will be responsible for and deal with refunds to
end-users without exception, according to their own policy.

This
warranty is valid in all countries which are part of the European Union.
-
The
warranty does not affect end-users statutory rights.
Void
Warranty
-
If the
display was purchased second hand. The warranty only applies to the
original end-user and is not transferable. This product must be
purchased from our Authorized Distributor or Dealer.
-
This
Warranty does not cover accident, misuse, wear and tear, transit and
courier damage, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair or
alterations, altered serial numbers and internal non-user set-controls.
-
If the
product has been used or stored under abnormal environmental operating
or storage conditions.
-
If an
incorrect input signal or incorrect voltage/power supply is used.
-
Where no
fault can be found after extensive testing, indicating user error or
failure in ancillary equipment.
-
If the
defects can be regarded as tolerance deviation which is within the
standard test specification.
-
If the
manufacturing date is over 24 months from the date of purchase.
If no proof of
purchased invoice can be provided.
How to make a Warranty
Claim:
We strongly advise
the buyer use
the original packaging for transportation when returning the product as part
of this warranty claim.

Check if the monitor
light indicator is on, monitor has power, power cable connected to a
power outlet, PC is powered on and operating normally, and all
connections from the PC are secured. |
Colour distortion |
Check magnetic field
interference from the following Items: florescent tubes, large power
cables, speakers, transforms, and power adaptors. |
Colours absent |
Check for VGA card
problem, bent VGA pins, and damaged cable. |
Flickering/fuzzy display |
Check if the refresh rate and resolutions are
configured correctly. |
Dead pixels |
Dead pixels will appear with normal use & wear and is
not considered a defect. A new LCD monitor with 10 dead pixels is
considered acceptable and is not considered to be defective. |
Display geometry problem |
Make sure that you are familiar with many adjustments
on the monitors for display geometry. Also note that it is
impossible to adjust to a perfect rectangular geometry on your
monitor. |
Resolution |
Resolution problems may be related to performance
issues. Different monitors will perform differently based on model
and specifications. |

When applying for a claim, an RMA/number
will be issued to you. This number will be used for tracking and
reference.

Products will be collected by the authorized
DigiTest Repair Center.

If the LCD monitor is easily damaged during
transportation and arrives with inadequate, insufficient packaging, this
warranty may be voided.

Exclusions
We reserve the right not to provide warranty service if proof of
purchase is not provided.
The warranty is rendered void by any unauthorized alteration to or
repair of the monitor.
