Returns - RMA Procedure
The procedure for returning items is as follows:

1)

An 'A One RMA Request' must be filled in, all details included, Company name, account code, email address and date. Each item must be on a separate line and must include the serial number and A One Stock code (found on your invoice) for items which do not have a serial number please complete the A One stock code and invoice number the items where bought on. Incomplete forms will result in delaying your RMA authorisation. Items described as 'faulty' or similar will be rejected.

This form should then be e-mailed to the following address:
returns@aonedistribution.com
Once the RMA number has been issued please return the items to A One with the RMA number clearly showing on the box, along with your company.

3)

For Damaged Goods:
Items received by you with visible physical damage MUST be signed for as 'damaged' and reported to A One Distribution (UK) Ltd Within 24 Hours.
Please inform your Account Manager immediately. You will need to provide them with photographic evidence of the damage to the packaging and product before a claim can be initiated.

For returned items:
|
a)
|
All warranty stickers and serial numbers MUST be intact.
|
|
b)
|
All items must be adequately packaged and complete, included all cables and accessories.
|
|
c)
|
Items will be tested for the described fault only.
|
|
d)
|
Items found to be physically damaged, or fault due to misuse or mishandling, will be deemed 'Warranty Void'.
|
|
e)
|
Unauthorised goods WILL be rejected and held for 14 days before being disposed of at the customer expense.
|
|
f)
|
A full credit for sample / SOR goods will only be given if the goods are in a resaleable condition.
|
|
g)
|
When the item is tested and no fault is found, the goods will be held for a period of 14 days for the customer to collect, after this time they will be disposed of at the cost of the customer.
|
|
|
5)
|
For physically damaged cases, where outer packaging is intact, a period of 30 days will be deemed adequate time to report such damage.
|
|
6)
|
A One Distribution (UK) Ltd is not responsible for any data loss or non-delivery of goods. Receipt of postage is not proof of delivery.

7)
|
A One Distribution (UK) Ltd recommends all parcels returned are sent via a courier or special delivery.
