 Trade Application
We welcome applications for trade accounts, please note that you must own or work for an IT related business, and place your first order at a minimum of:
£500 excluding VAT
(all subsequent orders must total at least £100 excluding VAT)
Trade Accounts are opened on a "cleared funds" basis only, in particular on your first order you will need to pay by bank transfer or debit card. Trade Accounts are not a guarantee of credit terms. Under most circumstances, we would require that a minimum of three cleared funds transactions be completed in keeping with the terms & conditions of our Trade Indemnity insurance. Thereafter, account facilities may be granted subject to satisfactory credit status.

Download our Trade Application Pack and either fax or post using the details below. Please note: This must be returned with a copy of your VAT Registration Certificate if you are VAT Registered. If this is not available, then a recent VAT Return will be accepted. If you are not VAT Registered, then two forms of ID (such as a recent bank statement and utility bill, dated within the last 3 months and addressed to the premises specified in your account application form) will be required.
Download our Debit Card Authority Form and fax this back with your application if you wish to pay by Debit card. If you have any specific questions, please do not hesitate to call us.
